Muscle grows in your sleep and you are deeply hindering your results if you don&#8217;t get the required amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Lack of sleep also messes with your hormones, increases cravings, and kills your energy. Aim for at least 7\u20138 hours a night if you want to look and feel your best, along with getting the best results for all your hard work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>Build Discipline, Not Just Muscle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the day, getting in shape isn\u2019t just about looking good\u2014it\u2019s about proving to yourself (and your future partner) that you can commit to something.
