Q: I’ve started going through some of your material on attraction, and I was wondering — when it comes to developing more alpha qualities, are there any specific daily exercises, habits, or practices you recommend to actually build those traits naturally over time?
I wouldn’t focus too much on the label of being “alpha.” In my experience, it’s not really something you try to act like. It’s more something that naturally develops from how you live your life every day.
I’d start with the physical side. Get in the gym, stay active, and consistently push yourself. That alone can make a big difference in how you carry yourself and how other people perceive you.
Beyond that, a lot of it comes down to awareness and repetition. Pay attention to your posture, how you move, and how you carry yourself in different situations. Practice speaking clearly and with intention, and put yourself in social situations regularly. Even small interactions throughout the day can add up and help you become more comfortable and confident.
I also think it’s important to intentionally do things that make you a little uncomfortable. That could mean sticking to a disciplined routine, setting goals that challenge you, or simply doing things you would normally avoid. Those experiences build resilience and make you more comfortable handling uncomfortable situations.
And finally, take a little time to reflect. That could be through journaling, reading, or simply thinking about what you could have done better that day.
At the end of the day, consistency is probably the biggest thing. When you consistently do the things you know you should be doing, confidence starts to become a natural byproduct of your lifestyle rather than something you have to force.
