24 Apr With This Profile Secret You Will Instantly Receive More Quality Messages
By Joshua Pompey
Want more quality men to initiate conversations with you online? It’s insanely easy, don’t worry.
Just wear something super slutty, make a ducky kiss face into the camera, bend over slightly, and… Wait… Wait… Wait… BAD IDEA! I am SO SORRY. I got this article confused with the “How to Be As Famous As Kardashian While Accomplishing Nothing.” My fault!
But back to more important business – How to receive more contacts from quality men. Okay, so here’s the thing. We live in a very fast paced world. Men are always on the go, and the more successful and well-rounded a man is, the busier his lifestyle probably is.
So if you want these types of men to initiate more conversations with you, then you need to make the emailing process as easy as you can for them.
If you can cut the amount of time it takes a man to think of something to write to you when he comes across your profile, the odds of you being contacted will go up tremendously.
As a rule of thumb, it should take a man no longer than 30 seconds to scan your profile and think of something to say. The following strategy will help you to achieve this goal.
Always use profile bait
Profile bait is just how it sounds. This is the act of placing something in your profile that baits a man into engaging in a conversation with you.
For example, instead of writing in your profile, “I’m always up for a fun little road trip,” you could write, “I am always up for a fun little road trip and can’t wait for my next one. Where’s next on your bucket list!?”
By adding that question to the end, you are directing the conversation and providing your audience with an easy outlet for starting a conversation.
You can also use your online dating profile pictures to create profile bait
One of the most popular pictures I have ever posted happens to showcase me, my grandmother, my dog, my sister, and her baby, all in one picture. I know, I know, the online dating Gods were smiling upon me that day.
But I digress. Underneath that picture I wrote a caption that said something along the lines of, “I paid scientists 1.7 million dollars to engineer the world’s best picture for attracting women online. Please tell me it’s paying off…”
This picture alone usually attracts a dozen of emails a week from women who comment on the caption. I have used this picture as profile bait and as an added bonus to women messaging me, I am able to make women laugh in the process.
There are endless ways to create profile bait
At the end of the day, the amount of ways you can create profile bait is unlimited. This is something my professional profile writers and I place a strong focus on when we craft profiles for our clients.
As a general rule of thumb, try to have at least 3 statements in the written portion of your profile and at least 1 picture that serves as profile bait.
